How did you find pilates? 

I found pilates in college when I was searching for an exercise I connected with that I could stick with throughout my life. 

Why do you love Pilates?

I love Pilates because there is always a new challenge and the positive impact it has had on my body and mind.

How did you become an instructor?

I became an instructor after practicing Pilates for about 6 years. I wanted to take my practice to the next level and share that with others.

What makes your class/style special? 

Recently I’ve been focusing on finding the challenge in fundamental exercises, building strength, and concentrating on how to connect the exercises with body and mind.

How long have you been doing pilates & teaching? 

I started teaching in January 2017.
