Our mission is to build community through movement & pilates. We are a boutique Pilates Studio with 3 locations in Cincinnati (OTR, Covington, and Madisonville). Since 2012, 12th Street Pilates had helped clients move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence through thoughtful and effective Pilates.

Our goal is to build strength , improve mobility, and help you feel you best with small group equipment classes and private sessions designed for all levels.

45 min class that takes place in our Covington studio. Our Covington studio is a reformer only studio with focus on form, breathe and flow!

45 Minute Class that take place in our Over The Rhine & Madisonville locations. This class could include work on the mat, reformer, springboard, tower, and chair! Truly a versatile class that gives you a true Pilates experience.

meet the founder

12th Street Pilates was founded by Cydney, a Cincinnati local with a passion for movement, strength, and creating welcoming spaces where people feel supported.

Since opening the original Over-the-Rhine studio in 2012, Cydney has grown 12th Street Pilates into a boutique Pilates community with locations in OTR, Covington, and Madisonville.

Her approach is simple: Pilates should feel challenging, empowering, and accessible — whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years.

At 12th Street Pilates, Cydney has created more than a workout studio. She’s built a community centered around strength, confidence, and feeling good in your body.
