How did you find pilates? 

Through dance injury. During my dance performance career I would always be prescribed Pilates as a form of PT after various injuries

Why do you love Pilates?

It makes us stronger! Pilates work is a very individualized and personal experience as well so I love seeing every body work through exercises differently

How did you become an instructor?

I worked my butt off! 

What makes your class/style special? 

Each of my classes is in response to what the clients in front of me need. If we need to chat the whole time and laugh while doing 20 minutes of shoulders that’s what we do. If we need silence and only breath cues with stretching that’s what we do.

How long have you been doing pilates & teaching? 

6 years!
